Jennifer Hyde, Co-founder of the Oddo Family Foundation, is a philanthropist with a deep-rooted commitment to community service. Growing up in the Sierra Foothills and later establishing herself as a successful Hair Stylist in Los Angeles, her journey towards philanthropy began in the 1980s when she provided care and support to children born HIV positive. Her dedication led her to serve on the Board of Homeless Health Care Los Angeles, where she excels as the director of fundraising. Relocating to the Bay Area, Hyde continues her altruistic endeavors by volunteering in the Oakland Unified School District, where she witnesses firsthand the transformative power of education. This experience reinforces her resolve to champion educational opportunities and support higher education for underserved individuals.

Michael is a co-founder of the Oddo Family Foundation, with his wife, Jennifer Hyde; the founder and CEO of Metro Services Group, and a founding partner at Leading Edge Consulting Services. The Metro and Leading Edge teams continue to expand their building services providing cleaning, engineering, and sustainability services across the United States. Michael owes his success to mentors from his family, educators and customers who became friends and helped along the way. Michael's real success, though, is measured by the positive impact he's had on the lives of people around him. He's a firm believer in looking after the families in the building services community, creating a supportive work environment that feels more like family. Sustainability is close to his heart too, supporting sustainability goals, and ensuring his company grows in a way that's kind to our planet. When he’s not working Michael travels with Jennifer, plays bocce and pool, exercises, and maintains a 50+ year Tai Chi practice. Lynn Tolin, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, joined TMG Partners in 1988. She currently has over 44 years of real estate experience in the Bay Area and 36 with TMG. Lynn oversees the operational side of the organization in conjunction with the C Suite team. In her 36 years with TMG she has helped coordinate the acquisition, management and disposition of approximately twenty-seven million square feet of various property types valued in excess of over $5.5 billion. Prior to TMG: Lynn was with Cornish & Carey’s San Mateo office, specializing in office leasing. She also spent time at Hare Brewer & Kelley in Palo Alto serving as Senior Property Manager, specializing in commercial and residential condominiums. Lynn received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. Over the years Lynn has been involved with various non- profits and been a a generous donor to several Bay Area charitable organizations.

Robert is the first person in his family to graduate from college. He was raised by a single mother. He has over 30-years of managerial experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including public policy experience at the local, state, and national levels. He served in senior leadership roles for elected officials and for several non-profit associations. Robert has also served on several non-profit and higher education boards. After graduating from the University of the Pacific with a Business Administration degree., He earned a Master of Business Administration and a Law degree. Robert is an expert in alternative dispute resolution and mediation, having served as an adjunct professor at McGeorge School of Law, CSU-Sacramento, and Humphreys College.

Daniel Ceniceros is the founder and CEO of Connect Media, an integrated media company and creative agency that specializes in the commercial real estate and finance industries. With nearly 30 years of experience, Daniel has guided the largest brands in these industries and continues to shape the national media landscape, having developed programs for some of the largest owners, investors, developers, and brokerage firms globally. Daniel started his career at a creative agency, where he worked with residential real estate developers and commercial real estate clients. He is a cofounder of GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Southern California Magazine and formerly led the Real Estate Media Group at ALM. Connect Media has been included on the annual Inc. 5000 list of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America and The Financial Times’ annual ranking of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies and is certified by the NMSDC. Daniel is an active member of the Latino Business Action Network. Daniel attended UCLA and Art Center and Stanford’s Executive Education program.

With over two decades of experience at Pearson, Gina has built a distinguished career in education, product development, and teacher professional development. Currently serving as a Product Manager, Gina oversees direct-to-consumer product strategies globally. Previously, Gina led content design and strategy as the Director of Learning Design, focusing on internal leadership programs, inclusion training, and teacher professional development.
Gina's extensive background includes pivotal roles such as Director of Pedagogy & Improvement and Director of School Management and Improvement, where she significantly contributed to the advancement of global school and English programs.
Before joining Pearson, Gina dedicated nearly seven years as a Bilingual, BCLAD Certified Teacher & Coach within the Los Angeles Unified School District and Crossroads School, nurturing bilingual education and coaching talents.
